Returns

At moment we are not able to accept returns. To make sure that the garment is right for you please refer to the description and the measurements provided. If you are still unsure if the item is right for you, we are happy to provide further photos, videos and measurements upon request.

Exception

In some cases we might be able to take a return this request and agreement must however have been made before purchase. The return will made for store credit snd all shipping cost both out and return will be the buyers responsibility. 

Due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage some items will have flaws or signs of wear, and we do our best to describe any and all flaws, mends and signs of age and wear, but we might overlook some. Please understand that the pieces are not new. 

If you feel the item description has been insufficient please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Ditte@xxx.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. Any claims to the previous must be done within 3 days of receiving the item. Should we accept a return based on condition misrepresentation, we ask that the goods are shipped back to us within 5 days of the return approval. You are responsible for making sure that the goods reach us safely. We will inspect the goods and refund the original price ex. any shipping costs.

 

INTERNATIONAL

If the return is made from outside of Switzerland please make sure to clearly mark the parcel with RETURN OF GOODS to avoid any customs charges.
